CANCELLATION POLICY

• ​You may change the name on your ticket or transfer the amount paid to next year at no cost until 2 weeks before the event starting date.

• If you cancel 60 days before the event starting date you will be refunded 75% of the amount paid

• If you cancel 30 days before the event starting date you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid

• If you cancel 15 days before the event starting date you will lose 100% of your payment

Refunds can take up to 45 days to be reflected on your statement after we confirm your cancellation request.​

• If we have to postpone the festival due to unforeseen worldwide circumstances, your ticket will be transferred to the next date without the possibility of a refund

• If we have to cancel the event due to circumstances regarding the production, you will have the chance to decide if you want to transfer the amount paid to the next event or get a full refund minus the fee, when applicable.

Refunds can take up to 90 days to be reflected depending on the severity of the cancellations. We appreciate your patience when going through rough times.
